Frequently asked
Do members get a different product?
No. Every member uses exactly the same ScoutVerse experience as an individual subscriber. The licence adds an organisation layer around it, not a different product.
Can we pay monthly?
No. The Organisation Licence is an annual contract, billed annually in advance by invoice. Purchase orders and VAT invoices are supported.
What happens when someone leaves?
Your administrator removes their access in the Admin Console and reassigns the place to a new colleague. The place stays with the organisation, not the individual.
Do individual users lose anything?
Nothing changes for them. Existing Scout and Club subscriptions continue exactly as they are, and organisation members keep the full end-user product.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A time-limited pilot is available on request for organisations evaluating a departmental rollout. Pilot terms are agreed case by case.
What can administrators see about individuals?
Reporting is aggregate. Administrators see adoption and activity at organisation and group level, together with membership status, rather than individual player-by-player browsing histories.
Can we add more members mid-contract?
Yes. Additional members are added at the published rate for your band and invoiced separately. There are no mid-term reductions.
Can we cover more than one department or entity?
Yes. A single ScoutVerse Organisation Licence can cover first team, academy, loans and analysis, with separate groups for each and one contract, one invoice and one Admin Console. Multi-entity structures are handled on the Strategic Enterprise band.
