1. Agreement

These terms form a contract between you and Noahsure Group LTD, 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5AA, United Kingdom, operator of SCOUTVERSE. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current information at signup and keep it up to date. Accounts are personal to you; sharing credentials outside your organisation's allocated seats is prohibited. We may suspend or remove accounts that appear to be automated, fraudulent, or created with false details. You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account.

3. Plans and pricing

Player — free. Players create and publish their profile at no cost and are never charged.
Scout — €149 per month (or €1,490 per year). Full index access, 25 AI briefs per month, 3 shortlists, 10 interest messages.
Club — €890 per month (or €8,900 per year). Unlimited briefs and shortlists, 10 seats, written scouting reports, custom fit models, data export and priority analyst support.
Federation — custom annual pricing, agreed in writing.

Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is added at checkout.

4. Free trial

Scout and Club subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts automatically to a paid subscription at the rate above and your card is charged. One trial per organisation.

5. Renewal, changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; there is no partial refund for the remainder of a period.
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
If a payment fails, access drops to teaser level immediately until the payment is recovered.

6. Refunds

Because the trial lets you evaluate the service in full, paid periods are generally non-refundable. Where the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period, or where UK consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, contact admin@noahsure.co.uk and we will deal with the request fairly. Payments are processed by Stripe.

7. Acceptable use of player data

Subscribers may use player data only for genuine recruitment purposes. You must not:

scrape, bulk-export, resell, republish or redistribute the index;
use automated tools to harvest profiles or circumvent access controls;
contact players outside the platform's interest-message channel;
use player data for advertising, credit scoring, or profiling unrelated to recruitment;
share seat credentials with anyone outside your organisation.

8. Under-18 players (safeguarding)

The index may contain players aged 16 and 17. Those profiles are only published after a parent or guardian has confirmed consent by email, and they display a "Minor — guardian-verified" badge. Players under 16 are not permitted on the platform. Subscribers dealing with a minor's profile must comply with FA, UEFA and FIFA regulations on the protection of minors and with applicable child-protection and data-protection law, must route all contact through the platform, and must not approach a minor directly. Breach of this clause results in immediate termination without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

9. Player content

Players retain ownership of the profile information and highlight media they upload, and grant us a licence to display it to subscribers while their profile is published. You must have the rights to any media you upload. Unpublishing removes the profile from the index.

10. AI output

AI briefs, fit scores and reports are decision support, not professional advice. They may contain errors and must be verified before any recruitment or financial decision. We give no warranty as to accuracy of AI output.

11. Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms of Service
